To assess all Cairns City Council's planning and development applications.
The Section is responsible for:
City Assessment staff assess a wide range of proposed new land uses including aquaculture production, commercial and industrial developments, new residential subdivisions, lot reconfigurations and resort and tourist accommodation developments.
