Acid Sulfate Soils
To ensure that development takes account of the presence and potential risks of acid sulfate soils.
Nomination for the Inclusion or Removal of a Place from the Local Heritage Register
To ensure that places of cultural heritage significance are nominated to the local heritage register on a continuous basis.
Reports and Information Council May Request
To identify the information Council may request a proponent to provide to demonstrate that a proposal for development meets the performance criteria and will be ecologically sustainable.
East Woree Development Strategy
To describe the external works necessary within the East Woree Development Precinct and to allow the costs of these works to be apportioned equally.
